Introducing
Traditional casts will always be needed as an initial mode of immobilization and fracture molding; but, after a week to ten days, those heavy, bulky, thick, sweaty, smelly fiberglass/plaster casts can be removed and Exiom put in their place!
Exiom casts are 3D printed in around 15 minutes using FDA cleared, bio-compatible, medical-grade rigid plastic.
Exiom casts are lightweight and low profile. They are breathable and do not smell. You can scratch an itch with an Exiom cast.
Best of all, Exiom is completely waterproof! Wearers can swim and shower without the need to take the time to tediously wrap the cast!
